Originally from Italy, Clara Voce began her creative journey over 15 years ago in Rome, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Before focusing on restaurant design, she developed a unique perspective on hospitality while working as a pastry chef at the prestigious George’s Restaurant in Rome.
Her passion for the connection between food and design led her to complete a course in Food Experience Design at Politecnico di Milano, alongside her Master’s Degree in Architecture. Inspired by travel, cuisine, and diverse cultures, Clara has built a multidisciplinary approach that combines design, operations, and guest experience.
Clara later moved to Dubai, where she designed award-winning restaurants such as Tresind Studio and Mehzcla, and worked as an architect for the internationally recognized Bice restaurant group. After a year in Shanghai, immersed in a different cultural and design landscape, she returned to Dubai, where she now leads projects worldwide, specializing in hospitality, workplace, and luxury residential design.
